You may be wondering…

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order date. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is calculated automatically in your cart based on the item(s) you order. Only one flat shipping fee is charged per order — if your cart contains a mix of items, you’ll be charged the higher of the applicable rates, not a fee per item:

  • $5 — small or light items
  • $15 — larger or heavier items

We accept returns on items in unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If the returned item shows signs of damage or use, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the condition of the item.
  • We do not offer exchanges, except in cases where we shipped you the wrong item.

We are not currently accepting personal commissions or custom orders.

We do not currently sell digital downloads. All items purchased are physical goods.

Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout for orders shipping to addresses within Washington State, in accordance with WA state tax law.

We do not currently ship internationally through this website. International buyers can purchase available items through our Etsy shop.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at alexart@cherrybones.com and include clear photos showing the damage to the item and packaging. Because our packages are insured through the shipping carrier, prompt reporting with photo evidence is required so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

If you received the wrong item, contact us at alexart@cherrybones.com and we will arrange an exchange for the correct item at no additional cost to you.
