Welcome to cherrybones.com (the “Site”), operated by Alexandria Sandlin, doing business as “Cherrybones” (“Cherrybones,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business based in Seattle, Washington. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors (“Visitors”) and customers (“Customers”) who purchase original artwork, prints, merchandise or licensing/wholesale services through our Site.

We collect only the information necessary to operate our shop and communicate with you:

  • Order information: name, email address, shipping address, and billing address, collected when you place an order.

  • Newsletter/marketing information: If you sign up for our mailing list, your name and email address are collected and stored by ConvertKit, our email service provider. See ConvertKit’s Privacy Policy for details.
  • Wholesale, licensing, and gallery representation inquiries: If you contact us about wholesale purchasing, licensing our artwork, or gallery representation, we collect the name, business name, email, and any other information you choose to provide in your inquiry.
  • Website usage data: Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through our hosting and e-commerce platform (WordPress/WooCommerce) for security and site functionality.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). If we begin using such tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and ensure appropriate consent is obtained through our cookie consent tool.

Our Site uses cookies necessary for shopping cart and checkout functionality (via WooCommerce) and for a cookie consent management tool.
